I’ve collaborated with The Ritz-Carlton on a wide range of multi-channel content experiences and brand materials. My work includes producing microsites for brand partnerships, such as one with Mercedes AMG Petronas; crafting copy and stories for in-room TV, email, and the brand blog; commissioning and art directing animated illustrations for newsletters and holiday cards; developing internal communications; and authoring the brand’s first-ever global tone of voice guide. I also served as the creative director for the brand’s in-room magazine.
