As Senior Manager of Brand Content — and later as a Content Consultant — at Vroom, an e-commerce automotive retailer,
I developed content strategies and crafted copy for multi-channel marketing campaigns across TV, OOH, paid digital, and email. I authored the brand’s first-ever tone of voice guide, developed delivery experience materials for the Logistics and Last Mile teams, revived the brand blog, and supported the development of the Super Bowl LVI ad, Flake the Musical. Additionally, I conceived and
art-directed Inside Vroom: The Orlando Last Mile Hub, a behind the scenes look at how the Last Mile Team delivered cars to customers.
